What does PJ’s stand for??
It stands for Pyaari Jan, an affectionate name we used to call our grandmothers. Our traditional recipes have been passed down from our nanis and the name, PJ’s Jars, is a tribute to them.
What are your best sellers?
Our vinegar based Gajar Achaar and our absolute fan favourite Kashmiri Mirch and Lehsan Chutney. Our newly introduced Chili Crisp is also being raved about a lot currently.

Why do I need to refrigerate your jars?
PJ’s products are all made traditionally using no artificially added preservatives. We strive to produce sustainably and naturally, sourcing local ingredients and adding complete transparency in what goes into every jar by listing all these ingredients and nutritional information.
